At My Umbrella we always want to be clear and honest, especially when it comes to what we charge for the service we provide to you and our clients, so here are some common questions we receive about the cost of the service.

How much does it cost to join?

There are no joining fees.

Are there any annual fees for using My Umbrella?

No, there are no annual fees.

If I'm not working does it cost to be registered with My Umbrella?

Again, the answer to this is No, if we don't process a payroll for you we do not charge you.

How much does it cost to run my payroll?

Our payroll charges are very flexible, they can be charged on either a daily or weekly fee, we do not charge any percentages on your payroll, we feel you shouldn’t be penalised for the amount of money you earn.

If I decide to leave My Umbrella because I have taken a permanent position, will it cost me anything?

I am happy to say again there is no charge to leave My Umbrella.


Be careful when selecting a payroll agency that they do not have any hidden charges for services like administration of expenses or for insurances to carry out your role as a temporary site based worker.
